I push my way through the mass of squirming dancers towards the bar, squinting my eyes so I could see under the strobe lights in the otherwise pitch-black club. The bar is packed with drunken guys and girls, all pushing and jostling to get to the alcohol that they are almost too drunk to pour down their throats. I buy a beer and gulp it down without really tasting it.
